At Bestway, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bestway account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid any processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
